In 2025, with the help of the Ogulin City Tourist Board, we toured the cycling routes around Ogulin. With this map, we want to share with you where you can ride too.
The area around Ogulin is an excellent place for a peaceful and relaxed bike ride, especially with a bike that can take you over any type of terrain. Numerous gravel roads and field paths offer plenty of possibilities, and you’ll find a good portion of them on the map. Getting to Ogulin is very simple and quick. It is well connected by train and public roads. We often come to Ogulin by train, which is the most convenient for us.
The map shows a network of cycling routes that primarily extend along roads and thoroughfares with little traffic. Where there is heavier traffic, it is clearly marked. The Ogulin Tourist Board takes care of the road network.
For riding on the roads shown on this map, we recommend a bike suited for riding off paved surfaces and with wider tires (min. 32 mm). The surface often changes, ranging from grass, to earth, to gravel, to asphalt.
The map size is B2 format and at a scale of 1:45,000.
